Cool and calm place. Park, playground for kids nearby. Library and free wifi. On the 3F Mei Mei Japanese Language Class for foreigners. Very helpful teachers, every Monday 2-4pm anyone can join. (Closed on public holidays) Few mins walk from Toneri station.

A small library. It's good to have a place where you can sit unexpectedly on your days off. The first and second floors and the library are not separated by doors, so sometimes the laughter of elementary school children playing from the free space on the first floor can be heard, but it is also charming.

Make a reservation and go to borrow. The staff are also polite and beautiful, and normally you can relax and enjoy at the picture book corner.

The hall is relatively large and light comes in through multiple windows, so it is bright and open enough to turn off the light during the day. Free wi-fi and SoftBank wi-fi can be used. If you use the parking lot, please fill in the parking lot ledger. The inhabitant of a ward office is on the right immediately after entering the front entrance, and if you issue a seal certificate, you will be charged 300 yen per ticket.

It is a facility in the ward and has a library on the second floor. The library is only on the 2nd floor, so it's not very large, but there are sofas and desks, and people reading books and studying were spending their time wondering. There is a book for children in the right hand and a general book in the left hand. I don't have many books, but I want to use it again in a comfortable atmosphere.
