It is a facility that has released a very calm and private space, a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Katsura Station.
There are a lot of books and it is a place of rest for everyone in the area. Throughout the week there are also Thor Paint, guitar classes, flamenco dance and guitar clubs. If you are interested, please stop by for a tour.
It is a private library. Private homes are open to the general public. Coffee is 50 yen (self) or there is a lounge, comfortable space where you can feel free to take a walk! Every Tuesday is open. There are also small classrooms by week. There are flamenco studios in the back room as well as the toll paint. It is an interesting space
