Otsu Shiritsu Wani Library

The atmosphere of the building is very nice. The atmosphere inside is very calm and suitable for reading. The librarians are also very friendly and I use it every week.

Since many books are sparse, you can search for books slowly.

It's countryside, so there aren't many up-to-date books.

I went there several times and remembered the female member who saw the user as Jiriro. It is reminiscent of a human relationship like a spider web unique to the countryside.

There are more books for children, CDs, especially picture-story shows than any other library in the prefecture. Recommended for parents who are raising children.
