Otsu Kita Library

In the old days, I used to go there almost every day at a place where I could drop in during a walk. The librarian, of course, is familiar with books. It is also nice that it is easy to talk to. However, the reading room is small. There is a hall and so on, so I can't help but I want a large reading room and a coffee room. Dragon

It's a quiet and calm place.

A book rental shop rather than a place to read slowly. Many people wander around and feel uncomfortable. The attitude of the staff is also insidious and prideful. Especially the tall old man's staff is the worst because he makes a fool of the user. Old-fashioned government office work.

Because there is not much parking lot if there is no entertainment at baseball games and halls, I think that it is an easy to use facility than the main building which is located in the busy street and faces a narrow road with a lot of traffic.
