The library is open from 09:00 to 18:30 (closed on Mondays), and about 180,000 books and about 1,900 audiovisual materials can be used for up to 30 books and one audiovisual material for two weeks. It is also convenient because you can search for materials from the Internet at home. There is a "magazine sponsor system", and the most recent issue is displayed in the relatively well-equipped magazine corner, and there are many users even on weekdays. Children's reading activities are also being carried out, including collection of local materials and recycled books, and "Ohanashi no Kai".
