The new library is cool and clean. All you have to do is hold the book to be borrowed over a dedicated machine and read the membership card. It can be completed by one person. The rental period is two weeks. Originally there was a place to sit and read, but now it's no longer available. You can rent it.

The library in a commercial facility near the station is not so large but convenient. It's a little disappointing that it's noisy.

I was forced to leave a lot due to the “feeling of staff” and my property was confiscated. If you confiscate, do it thoroughly. Unfair and discriminatory. Although it depends on the day, on holidays there are few people at the library or reading desk to read books, and since it is used for almost a long time, it is difficult to get a seat. Therefore, it must come at least by the morning, which will coincide with the opening. There are often times when I come here but there are no seats. On weekdays, I think there is no problem with seats. In the summertime, the air conditioner is very hot, so it is recommended to bring something to wear unless you are very good at air conditioning.
