This is a Japanese library. It has lots of books in Japanese and only a handful of books in English (for kids and adults). Don't expect this to be like a library in Australia or America where there are study spaces and kids reading corners. This is a very conservative library. Everyone was lovely and helpful.
A public library in front of Kawasaki Station. All major newspapers (national newspapers) can also browse industry newspapers, weekly and monthly magazines.

Considering the size of Kawasaki city, it is small
Despite the library in front of the station, there are only 16 reading seats and only a few sofas. I feel that even a little more ... but it may be inevitable that Kawasaki is a land. When the library opens, you will be guided from the elevator side first, so it is recommended to go four times by elevator instead of escalator.
I always use the reading seat.
I am also an uncle, but the seats are occupied by the uncles. Uncle is glad if younger people can use it.
I think it would be nice to have a large and beautiful library like Kawahara Station in front of Kawasaki Station.
I think the staff is polite and good.
