Although the library is smaller than the Central Library, we are focusing on collecting local materials, and materials related to schools in Kanagawa University and the ward are open and can be viewed at any time. Residential maps from Kanagawa Ward have been available since 1972, and if you apply to the counter staff, they will be prepared from the library (the counter staff are all kind and polite). I read and compared the residential maps of Reiwa 2 and 1972, but the changes in the shopkeepers of Oguchidori Shopping Street and the map of Showa are handwritten, and I can see the map creator's meticulousness at that time. I made one star minus when walking from the station and the tightness of the last stairs, but I wanted to use it first when doing research on the local area of ​​Kanagawa Ward.
