Excellent place to study, very quiet, with plenty of free seats at the tables. Free of charge, clean toilets on the same (4th) floor. The entire book and periodicals collection appears to be in Japanese, though.
The facility is new and very beautiful. Books were well prepared.
When I asked if there was a book on how to make Jomon pottery, the librarian searched hard and was saved.
Good atmosphere where you can see Todaiji architecture from the window
Since it is in the city, there is a charge for the parking lot and it is always full and you can park in the underground and lift.
In case of Ippai, put it in a nearby parking lot.
