Nice from the outside, dated and used from the inside. Has a few shelves with English tittles, lots of picture books and activity corners for kids. Staff don;t speak English.
Returning at Corona is only handed to the staff at the window. It will be sterilized after that. Lending remains the same. It is handled politely.
I have a large collection of books, so it's a big help. It's even better because there are places where you can study.
It seems to be rebuilt. I used it a few years ago.

The inside is dark because the building is old.
