It is a small library. It's a pity that the building itself is old and most of the books are old.
It's convenient because it's within a 5 minute walk from the bus, train, leisure line and 3 locations.
All the people in charge are kind.
It's like a familiar library.
The building is about 50 years old, so it's old,
I think there are quite a few books.
If you go by public transport, there is a city bus stop right in front of you.
It is also close to the Yutori and Line stations.
However, if you go by private car, there is a parking lot, but it may be difficult to get in and out because the road is narrow.

A library that feels old in some places.
There are bicycle parking, pay parking, and vending machines.
It is a three-story building with no elevator.
The third floor is a full study room with plenty of seats.
Because there are two chairs in the long desk, I do not feel narrower than the neighboring East Library.
The students who use the self-study room seem to have many high school students.
The toilet is not clean
It is a very old building. There is no elevator though there are many elderly people. The library also has steps and does not support barrier-free. The parking lot is small and the car is often rubbed.
