It should have a role to cover the eastern part of the Tamagawa area... but in reality, there is no overlap with the Meguro-ku Midorigaoka Library. Relationship tends to be interdependent). Setagaya Ward positions Shirota (Shindaita, Inokashira Line) and Kyodo as station square libraries, which are also station square libraries. The neck is a barrier structure (it's hard to complain because it only needs consultation with the building owner), especially on holidays when the administrative service corner on the second floor is closed, the stair landing on that floor will be very small. Improvement is needed. There is an elevator, but I'm also worried that it's in a position where I can't find anything to do with the conductors.

The location of the station Chika is the best, but the building is old. The floor is distorted, and it seems that there was a water leak accident several years ago. There is no climb escalator even though it is on the 3rd floor.

Anyway, the building gets dirty and the working lady has a bad attitude! ! I'm too motivated.

The library on the third floor of Okuzawa Center Building. It is nice to have enough space, but it seems that it was quite outdated throughout and was taken over from the Showa era. A few years ago, it was getting rid of the book due to water leakage from the sewage pipe. Such a library. Naturally, the toilet is also narrow and difficult to use. It is advantageous to have good transportation just beside Okuzawa station, but that Okuzawa station does not stop express.

June 15, 2018 Maybe, for the first time, I had the reissued expired library card. As a sound source collector, he found "treasure" (for me!), even among the few CDs. I've never seen or heard it, and I'm excited to find this kind of "treasure" in the library in Setagaya Ward. The person in charge was really good at responding, but for some reason ★4. I don't care. By the way, is this library a retro department store? It is on the 3rd floor. That's amazing. As expected, Setagaya Ward.
