It is a quiet and academic library. Stand in front of the bookshelf in your area of expertise. You will find a surprisingly large variety of literature for the size of the city.
The study space on the second floor is quiet and easy to use. The building itself is old but there is a feeling of cleanliness.

It is a library located away from the town of Chita City.
It's a very old building, but an old person like me can stay calm because it has the atmosphere of the Showa period.
The first floor is divided into an adult corner and a children's area. In the children's area, events such as reading aloud are irregular.
We will return it to the counter, but when renting it, it is OK because you can use the terminal device, so the procedure will be completed soon, so it will be helpful.
Please note that this library is completely non-smoking inside and on the premises!
If you smoke, please smoke outside the site.
Homma is a narrow desk and the staff is licking with caution only for children even though adults are noisy, I think that it is better to never go, especially Aunt Kimoi is very crazy about talking glasses, absolute students I wouldn't recommend coming
