Inconvenient because it is on the second floor.
There is no elevator and wheelchairs are not available.
There was only one parking space for wheelchairs, but the staff didn't even know they were there, so they were dismissed.
Since it is an annex, the product selection is small.
I wish at least on the first floor.
Although few books are placed, I use it because I can get it with Avista. Because the stairs are steep, it may be a bit painful for your elderly.
