Kembuchi is known as the Picture Book Town and this is the library it's famous for! Features a large collection of picture books for everyone to enjoy. There is a ball pit for children to play in. A small cafe that serves food for a cheap price. The handicrafts there are made by disabled people in Kembuchi. They are visiting art exhibition on display. Many local event take place at the Ehon no Yakata, so if you're lucky, you'll be able to catch one too!
One of the largest collection of picture books in Japan. Best place to be to browse picture books if you are interested.
