Opposite the Yamanouchi Town Hall, adjacent to the Cultural Center. The location is perfect as it is close to Yudanaka Station and there is a parking lot at the government office. It is a two-story brick exterior with a nice appearance. There is an office, a library, a reading space, and a toilet on the 1st floor. In addition to the study room and library on the 2nd floor, the back is the museum of Mr. Arikawa, who is related to Yamanouchi Town and donated the library construction cost. The small size of the library has a small collection of books, and the reading space and study room are small, but it is a compact and calm library.
