Very first time here for finding english bedtime story for my little son. The staff at the registration desk was very helpful and explain everything you need to know, in Japanese tho, membership is free of charge but there is not so many english books for kids. There are 4th floors full of vary kind of books and free parking if you visit by car.
It's a good place to read and study.

If you don't have the book you want to read, you can request up to 5 books a month and they will order them from other libraries! ︎
All the staff are calm and will be polite.
Most people use the parking lot for free for 3 hours, so even if the turnover rate is not bad and it is full, you can usually enter it! ︎
I was able to use it with confidence because the measures against corona were taken firmly.
Corona measures are also taken in the space where one chair jumps and sits. It seems that the ventilation of the air conditioner is frequent, probably because of my mind. .. It's so quiet that you can't think of it as a Sunday library.
