It may not be as good as the new public library, but the number of books is a safe library. It is prohibited to bring a bag and it is necessary to leave it in a locker, but the structure is a little difficult to understand the route. Also, while I was pleased that the book search software was quite difficult to use and came out, it is an interface that is easy to misunderstand that information in another library is only searched. The space where you can read is set wide and it is comfortable, so I hope it will be a little easier to use. The number of seats in the study space has been significantly reduced due to corona measures, and although I understand that the bittern is arranged, the seats set by the window are in a position where they can be exposed to direct sunlight without curtains or eaves, so they get sunburned. It is a good environment for people who want to inoculate vitamin D or vitamin D. People who care about freckles and UV rays should never sit down, and only those who want to balance study with sunburn and vitamin D inoculation can sit down. Also, when you enter the parking lot, you need to press the button for opening and closing the bar, which does not give you a parking ticket. If you want to take measures against corona, it may be a rule on the premises, but how about having an unspecified number of people press a meaningless button every time you go in and out? I expect that you want to count the number of cars full, but I think you should give priority to measures against corona. If it's full, you should turn back, because it's full. Wow, I'm saying that the library is a cultural facility where you can read books for free, and I hope everyone will use it to deepen their knowledge.

It is helpful to be able to search for materials and read without worrying about parking time, as compared to the Civic Library. In addition, since it does not move up and down, it is easy for the elderly, but it is a short distance, but there is some difficulty in accessing from the parking lot to the building. I am slightly dissatisfied with the number of books. The staff are polite and tidy.

I quit going because there was a certain elderly person who privatized his seat. (I was complained if I sat down without knowing it)
