These days this place is very cold. Mist is everywhere around the statue. Come to enjoy the view if there is no the mist. You can see entire badulla town, Namunukula, Narangala, Rideepana and Mahiyangana as well. Building the statue is temporary hold because of the raining. Vehicles can be parked on the top of the mountain without any issue. When you come this place please don't forget to donate something as a contribution to build this statue. Everyday there is a dedicated person in the office to collect the donations. Thank you for every donators because they are reason that we could build this statue so far.

When you go on the Badulla Alugolla Road, you have to turn off the Samadhi Mawatha and go up ... It is good to be able to go in your own vehicle as there are less buses as there are fewer buses.
