If you are visiting ambuluwawa premises you can reach this place too where is located at the edge of the premisses. Can be reached easily via vehicle. This Place is Quite beautiful and peaceful. the access road is surrounding by a lot of pinewoods and other trees. If you are visiting Ambuluwawa Tower Permisses, I'm suggesting you to visiting this place too. When you take home with memories of this place, take back the polythene you brought with you. Stay safe! The Ambuluwawa Lake is a natural pool amidst the thick green biodiversity of the mountain. Till date it stays very less polluted. The atmosphere is cold down here. The road to this lake is surrounded by many Pine trees. !! It would be a bad idea to travel by motorcycles or other vehicles that are not suitable for slippery terrain. Although Ambuluwawa is a rock mountain, its surrounding does not seem like it. The mountain has its own defensive mechanism; the rich biodiversity that prevails here. Very less people visit this part of the mountain. So better not get stranded going alone.

This natural pool is on the way to ambuluwawa tower, almost towards the top. The surrounding is very cool. There are deer droppings so there should have been deer coming to drink from here
