Ulapane Railway Station

Ulapane Railway Station is situated away from the main road connecting Peradeniya - Hatton. Not all the trains do stop here, but most of the Badulla trains such as Night Mail, Podi Menike etc stop here. A stop will not last more than 3 minutes. The scenery around the station is picture perfect.

This is the 50th railway station on the main line from Colombo Fort 134.306 km away and the altitude being 562.8 meters above the mean Sea level.Your scenery will be on your Left-hand side if you are travelling towards Badulla. The one-sided platform is in your Left side in that direction. Clean and well maintained station. Kandy main road is in 600 meters from the Station.
