Haven't been to a lot of resorts in Ngapali but I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Service and rooms were great and just 10 mins drive from the airport by bus. Room rates were a bit pricey even during off season . Hotel food wasn't spectacular given the hefty price tag, but there are quite a few restaurants near the hotel for better and cheaper alternatives so can't really complain too much regarding the food. Might consider staying here next time.

It is a great location but service for me needs to improve, food is poor to average, they need to get more international.

We stayed 10 days at the Amazing Ngapali Resort and we really loved it! It was the perfect holiday. Lu Aye is great at the bar and made the best Cocktails from Ngapali Beach! Choo Me and Sithu are just great and make us feel so welcomed. I got the best fresh made ginger tea with honey from them :) Sorry we couldn't really say goodbye anymore... All people are so fiendly there, they are very helpful and always have a smile on their face. Breakfast is perfect! Nice Omelettes, pancakes, waffles and more. The dinner was very special too. It looks like artwork, was very tasty and very good value for the price. We had a great view on the sea from our room and could really relax here. Just the sound of the waves and palm trees and the water is very clear and clean. The garden area is amazing. You feel like in paradise. We will come again! Ric and Chris

This place... Just wow. Love the room, the service, the food, the pool, the beach and the lot. Well maintained - attention to details is quite clear. Great value for money. Bay view has a more personal touch, but this one is also totally stunning. Why do people go to Thailand?

Rude manager and bad treatment. Unacceptable service !!! We came for a cocktail on the porch. The stuff was nice enough but the manager was very impolite. Never before have I seen such bad manners. They didn't have a single guest except us.
