So, it's the best in town, but that's not saying much. Be ready for a dirty room (I borrowed a broom and cleaned before I could sleep) in which nature friends pass through all night long. If you're adventurous enough to be looking to stay in Gwa, you're likely okay with all the above and will be just fine. Staff is lovely and there are always precious puppies and kids around. If you do laundry there, be prepared to have your neighbors see your knickers air drying!

Best out of 2 guests houses in town. Lady is sweet and a business woman. She has 2 locations for her guests house. Her main "office", and a handful o very cheap (10000 or less) in this location and as of Nov 2016 a handful of decent concrete rooms with clean sheets and private bathroom next to the beach. We stayed by the beach. There's only electricity a few hours during the day and and few hours during the night. This is true for all the town but we were able to negotiate (very patiently due to language barrier) the times when we need electricity to work (they have a generator). She also said the town would be getting 24/7 electricity in the coming months. Just remember, village people do their best to understand the needs of foreigners. Expect to be a bit uncomfortable and enjoy the really nice and great smiles of everyone.

2 places. one is just beside the beach. The another one is just inside the Gwa Town

Not the best in town. Old dirty and the people were trying to charge double rate for a super basic room. If you can't go anywhere else this place will safice in a pinch. No ac No internet Lots of bugs I mean you could just sleep outside it would be pretty similar And as Joel Gil said there was no sweet lady here. Only grouchy men insisting on payment up front and holding my passport hostage no doubt they've had people refuse to pay in the past. There is another guest house on the ocean but it's hard to find because it is at the end of an unlisted road. If you can find it its worth discovering.
