This guesthouse is run by a family of 3 sisters and 1 brother. They are very kind. The house was built in traditional style in 1982. If you like to take showers, take them in the afternoon. Breakfasts are big with options. Wifi is good even in the room. It is the best value in town.

Great budget guesthouse. Small but comfy wooden rooms, shared bathroom with a cold-water shower, excellent price and very, very nice and accomodating people, feels like staying in family of your good friends. Truly recommend!

Pan Ga Bar is the guest house you want to stay if you come to Pyay. You will stay with a local family, but have a private room, and private bathroom, if you so choose. The space is very clean, comfortable, and homey, unlike the cold and inhumane hotel, or the fastly evolving industrialization of Airbnb host spaces. Pan Ga Bar is one of a kind experience, to be able to live with authentic locals, observe their daily lives, and get a first-hand look, as opposed to anecdotal, into Myammar culture. This is any traveller's treasure. Highly recommended.
