It is on the bank of Ayyerwadi river . So, the view is amazing and can taste of a lot of street food near River Bank market . And also good service.

You will enjoy stay there as you can see sunrise and sunset above the hotel and the worker from that place are really nice and warmly welcome as you step into hotel . But sad thing is even there is a rooftop ,there is no bar . BEER is available .

Superb river view alone makes it worthwhile to stay there. Panoramic view of the Ayeyarwaddy River from the riverside rooms. Room service and facilities are excellent. But there are only limited options for breakfast -- mainly fried rice and noodle dishes.

Hotel Irrawaddy is by far the best overall hotel in Pyay, regarding in all aspects such as view, car parking, service, room cleanliness, bathroom quality and location.
