It's a great place to chill.However,drinks and food are highly priced with taste on average .I gave three stars just because I like the atmosphere.

Love, love, lovee the cocktails at Tipsy!! So far, the best cocktails in the Y town. They have live music there and the vibe is so chill. Their daily/weekly promotions are at best! There is also a pool billiard table too, which is a plus for chilling!

Cocktail selection was decent, and there is a good crowd. But the food needs much improvement. Ordered 5 dishes to share and none was good, even the fried chicken can go wrong.

Good place with good service and reasonable prices. The beer is unique and even a little sweet. Some might like it and some might not.
