This is the bar situated at the ground floor if Pullman hotel in Yangon. The floor manager was apparently from another nice hotel bar around the corner (or so we've heard). This one here is pretty nice, although it can get a little quiet and is constantly empty. Happy hour menu is lovely, and the service is good. Another one of those chill places that I'd hang out at if I were in Yangon.
