Terrible service. For hygiene reasons regarding COVID they started the home service (which did not seem so bad) but when my order was ready, they called only once, I called later more than 5 times without answer. I went directly to pick up my order and I was surprised that they charged me for the delivery service, making an excuse that they could not withdraw the charges for the billed services. I have never had that problem anywhere, you never pay for a service you don't get, and if so, cancellation is always viable (be it two, three or 40 pesos). I was very dissatisfied with the attitude and the service, rest assured that you have lost a customer.
