Good service time and prices

They did not wash my clothes. Three ties with spots that I requested paid special attention. They returned them to me exactly the same as I left them. And I know that they did not wash them because at home, with a simple damp towel remove all stains, and record the video as proof of the ineptitude and laziness of this place. Of course, well they charge in advance. They give you a piece of "there you excuse me" but I consider it the excuse for not working and charging for anything. Terrible service! Thank you for your response, it is the Gomez Morin branch corner with Alfonso Reyes in San Pedro in NL. I hope this information will serve them. And I politely decline his offer to wash the comforter or cover, I am happy to give my opinion without expecting anything in return but a genuine improvement in the services and products we use for a general benefit. Fortunately, there is a lot of service offered by you and I have already found a place that meets my expectations.

Terrible service, they did not wash my garment and they did not dial me to warn me that they could not do it. To top it off they did not want to return my money, they left it "for me". As if I was going back ... when I asked them why they hadn't dialed, their answer was: well, cell calls don't come out ... very unprofessional and helpful.
