Located in front of the Alameda Rangel, in this old house lived the benefactor of Real de Asientos, Don Benito Gaspar de Larrañaga, a famous mining businessman who built the temple of Nuestra Señora de Belén, as well as the prisons and the Royal Houses. On the facade you can still find the coat of arms of the Larrañaga family. The Larrañaga House is distinguished by the religious anagrams carved in pink quarry. Although originally it consisted of two floors, currently only one remains. This 17th century house cannot be visited as it is a private estate, but you can enjoy it from the outside. Legend has it that whoever manages to decipher the family crest will find three treasures: one in the house itself, the second in the miner's house and the third on the white bridge.
