Place is beautiful and they do charge to go into the park but it is well worth it, specially if you are camping. They also have great hiking trails, just be prepared with plenty of water.

Beautiful place, beautiful experience. Anyone who likes camping should live this experience. I take Cristina Tohono with me and the experience with her was great.

It is a suitable area to be able to camp since on the ground there are more rocks than dirt and dust. You can light bonfires with due caution. It is located in a small depression but it has many hills around where you can see the plain and the other craters. It has incredible views of sunrise and sunset in the place. There is a telephone signal in the upper parts. There is a lot of vegetation typical of the desert and it is seen that the visitors have respected the place a lot. It is an incredible place to be in contact with nature and forget about the noise and problems of the city. It is worth the time to get here. I recommend it 100%
