Hospital de la Familia ( FAMILY HOSPITAL )

The best hospital I have been in all of my lifetime! I emailed Mr. Carlo from Hospital de la Familia about a surgery we wanted to have done for my son. I received an email back right away and Mr. Carlo was able to answer all of my questions. I have never been to Mexico before so I was not sure what to expect but to my surprise Mr. Carlo made the impossible possible and my son and I drove to Mexico at the Hospital De La Familia where we were we were set up to meet with Maritza. All I can say was I was very impressed with the professionalism and the warm welcome that we got while we were there. Maritza traveled with us to meet with the Doctor Ponce before the surgery. My son came out from the doctor’s office and told me that has a very good feeling about the doctor and that he feels that we did the right thing going there. The next day my son had the surgery and all went very well. The Doctor Ponce came in after the surgery and answered all of my questions. He then came back that night to check up on my son. The warm welcome we received from everyone at the hospital was unbelievable! Every nurse and employee ware just amazing! You just don’t get this exceptional service at other places. I was very pleased with the way things worked out. My son is doing very good and is very happy that he was able get the surgery done. Hospital de la familia... Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart! And Mr. Carlo Thank you very much for making this happen! God bless you and everyone there!

I had surgery here 7/2020. I spent one night here and all the female nurses that helped me were absolutely amazing! HOWEVER In the morning before I left I had a male nurse and while giving me my medication through the IV he was putting in the medication too fast that my hand starting turning red and I had severe pain, I told him and he said “thats normal” and ignored me! None of the previous nurses caused me any discomfort !! He clearly did not care. That was a very disappointing end to this experience. But to all the girls I thank you.

This was a great experience!! I love all of the staff. They are so professional. The hospital was very clean! I would definitely return. Special thanks to Dr. Sarinana, Adriana, Carlo, Maritza, and Roxanne. All of you guys were awesome!!!

I had a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Gaspar, and the results are fantastic. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, and administrators were so great. The care I received at Family Hospital was definitely five star!!!! I also want to thank Carlo and Maritza for being so great!!!

If I were more fluent in Spanish, I could have understood a bit better about what was going on, but that is no fault of the hospital. he staff did their best to speak English to me and they were more than hospitable.
