They took my Maytag washer for about three weeks because of a problem with the drum vibrating too much. They never told me when they would come to return it, they didn't find a way to fix it and they left me a thousand glued glued in the house that I struggled a lot to remove, because it wasn't when they decided to leave it. They couldn't fix it and left it worse. When trying to claim they stopped answering the phone. The phone is answered by another person and not those in charge of the service, which becomes more inaccessible.
