You can see this beautiful view from the restaurant the happy trout in the el cedral dam, in mineral del chico. Where they offer delicious dishes such as trout with garlic sauce, butter and diabla, with a unique sauce. There is also the mushroom broth that you can enjoy warm with some delicious comal tortillas. For dessert, some fried plantains 😋 or a delicious snack of French fries. You have to know the little place and take a photo with this landscape in the background.

It was the first restaurant located inside the dam of the cedral I think that for more than 25 years, making its rich trout to the taste of the client, with very good attention and hygienic place, magnificent space to meet with the family watching from their windows the beautiful postcard that gives nature

Excellent option to eat during your stay at La Presa El Cedral. It is a cabin and the people who attend are very attentive. The waiting time is adequate. There are several options on the menu. If you order trout it will be very fresh, also delicious. I also recommend the soupes with Oaxaca cheese and the quesadillas de chicharrón. If you order trucha a la diabla you can choose between two types of sauce. Anyway, from my point of view none of them is extremely spicy. For dessert you can order fried plantains and add condensed milk or jam. They also sell sweets, micheladas and other alcoholic beverages. It has a small toilet, which could be improved, and there is also water to wash your hands (they could also improve this service). They only accept payment in cash.
