Had the worst possible experience in all my years of travel.... my 3.4oz lotion was taken at the first check point I guess the guy working there liked it... my family and I went through a second revision before boarding the plane... they opened up all our bags again so they could search them

This place is dirty and people are so damn rude and very un organized and they don't follow no social distances.

We loved our experience at this airport. However, if you need to use the restroom, have 5.00 pesos with you. There are plenty of food shops and coffee around. Mexicans make sure you are comfortable and happy all the way through. It's easy to get a cab from the several stands inside. And they are cheap! If you're traveling to another city, there is a bus terminal inside. Buses and service is top notch.

WORST AIRPORT EVER!!!, due to my work I've been in many airports all over the world and this is by far the WORST of all!, it has very rude personnel, massive disorganization and antiquated installations, worst of all is the way this airport and many in mexico have been transformed into SHOPPING MALLS! there are very limited areas to transit from security to gates and almost no areas to seat!, all the areas that used to be for transit and seats have been turned into expensive restaurants and duty free shops, there are only a couple of small screens in the corners with the flight's gate info as all the massive LED screens everywhere are ONLY showing ads!, also, rest assured your flight here will have delays!, and the baggage handlers incredible incompetent too taking in average 1 HOUR for your luggage to arrive at the belt AFTER your flight landed, if you have connecting flights you will have to WAIT for your luggage in the belt and put it again by yourself in another belt even if the flight is operated by the same company and if you're just transiting with carry-on you'll STILL have to go out and in AGAIN to repeat the security checkpoint, flights get very poor maintenance and are operated like buses as you can see how by the time the people are disembarking the plane there is people already in the line to board it again and the refueling is made with PASSENGERS INSIDE!!! Its is such a shame for a country of almost 200 millions to have their main airport in this shape and there are no viable plans to build another one or expand it as their politicians are only interested in taking a cut of all the profits here and everywhere with their massive corruption!
