They could become more polite and be courteous and help the customer to resolve their doubts, especially in relation to banking services with whom they have agreements. Well, there are still people who do not know how these operations of withdrawals, payments, transfers and payments of services that Oxxo offers are made. What I mean in short is that they can improve the tone in which they speak to customers.
