When I picked up my laundry, I told the laundry that it was not enough laundry. When weighing it was noticeable that half a kilo of laundry is missing. I was told that it was due to the moisture of the laundry before washing. At the hotel I realized that really a jeans is missing. The lady in the laundry just said that could not be and has not even apologized.

Don't go, our wallet was stolen, we carried a full bag of clothes and by mistake our wallet was with money and IDs, they never returned it to us

I went to wash my clothes and by mistake my purse with important documents went away and my purse got embroidered, I returned I told him that what interests me are my documents and they mockingly told me that they did not see anything
