Terrible !!! Appalling!!!! The owner never shows her face, I have marked and marked her and she is never in business, I asked the man who brings the clothes to be very formal and with time to talk to me and his call never came! At first the service was excellent! It smelled rich, it came to super well dubbed !! I had no complaints, and I really use the laundry service a lot you could say that since I used the service there was no week that I did not send something, but not long after I got burned garments (blankets) which were replaced by the owner in the first one fails, but in the next one he sent others like nightgowns, blouses arrived quite aged as if they had too much use when some of it was the first wash and others stained, as painted (I suppose they stirred other people's clothes) which will not be removed, other discolored ones and a burnt blanket of which they swore that they would remove it and fix it but they returned it to me the same or worse and neither of the clothes and the cover took care nor of paying or replacing it the owner never answers never gave face and I at least wanted An explanation and an apology, I was a frequent customer and it was not fair, I also got wet clothes and smelled weird! (I had to send it back to wash with another Laundry) and well I do not know if they changed staff or why under so much quality the truth is that they prefer to stop using their services, do not risk your clothes! With these people you have a lack of ethics and professionalism.
