I provided a free service to remove the wood shavings that looks like pencils leaving one of my trailers and when they filled it up I would remove that one and leave another type as a gene since the shaving is waste but without charging a five, I worked with the company when it was called "Si Maderas" for four years and at that time there was the Engineer Claudia who had everything in order including all her staff, I chose to remove my trailer because when she left the company everything fell apart in a matter of order, and cleaning in general, I lived battling that despite having four or five containers the machine people where the chip came from did not have or have the culture of cleaning, they filled the huacales and supersacos which is supposed to be where it should go the chip is clean of garbage and scraps. At that time they went through the company as three substitutes for it but none gave the kilo this comes up for the comment made by a young lady regarding the human resources
