Last month I requested a prepaid service for a month of washing and ironing, I had already done it before without any problem. Only now they changed 2 clothes I notified them and they have not been able to give me an answer in practically 2 weeks. I think the people who are in charge at the moment are not the best for this type of services, I returned the wrong clothes that they gave me, they were left to contact me yesterday and they did not do so, I think I will look for the correct instance to make the claim.

They brought me clothes from two different people twice in the same order
