Traditional mexican Cocina econmica. Low prices with delicious traditional food. We went for breakfast and took our own carafe of coffee because we like it stronger than they make theirs. The owners were fine with the arrangement. Very rustic with wood picnic tables under a corrugated metal roof. Located about 10 or 15 minutes in the mountains above Xico in beautiful Xico Viejo. 3 of us ate a very filling breakfast for around$10 U.S. total. Staff is very friendly and polite. Family owned and operated.

Very good place to eat in the Xico Viejo area. It has a parking space, the restaurant is modest but very picturesque with wooden benches and tables. Very good and friendly attention. The landscape of the Sierra from this site is wonderful. Delicious food, very good seasoning, fresh food, hand tortillas. The delicious pot coffee. I recommend the cecina and the longaniza. The prices are really very accessible. Super recommendation 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
