Quaint little street cafe. Food is great, service is OK. Portions are ample. Cleanliness and parking are not (ample).

If you're into fresh seafood this is the place to be, definitely good flavor and unique recipes like mango ceviche, or torre del patrón (personal favorite) the service is one of the best also... They will give you recommendations if you ask for it... No alcohol is served here... Which can be either good or bad.
