Took our clothes and they took care of everything for us. Great job.

Dropped clothes off on a Wednesday morning and were promised them back by 2pm the next day. Walked in at 2pm exactly and clothes were fresh and clean and folded beautifully. Great price [by the kilo] and so easy!

Not very friendly at all. Prices steep for doing your own washing - 110 for a single load washed and dried. Charged 35 pesos for a small cup of detergent and then proceeded to fry the living hell out of my clothes in the dryer despite specifically asking for them to be dried on a medium or cool setting, which they claimed they did not have despite it being on the dial. Despite offering a DIY wash they don't seem to like you being behind the counter, which was a big of a gong show with clothes everywhere and a kid running around. Whether I lost an article of clothing there or prior I am not sure, but when I went back to check the lack of care was again evident, they didn't help and didn't want me to look. On the plus side. Service everywhere else in Puerto Morelos has been really good. This seems to be a known issue with the Lavanderia and other travellers reported they were told to avoid here. The wash place on the main highway seems to be the go to for better service.

16 pesos per kilo to have your laundry washed and folded. Personally, they are friendly to me but I start with Buenos dias.
