In my case the service has been the most bad, they asked us for the basket of our clothes because as they did not take place they were going to put it on the floor (?) We left them the basket and when we returned for it they took Dirty CLOTHES FROM ANOTHER PERSON and we They gave one that was not, was mistreated and was not even the color of our basket ... we commented this to Mrs. Zoila (on the phone) and shouted at us assuring that it was our basket, when I had not even seen it! ... Terrible service ... we understand that it is a basket but we were not even rude and treated us as if we had offended them. It is a pity that customers are lost due to the distraction of their employees.

The laundry service is good but the attention was horrible. It is appreciated that now someone is polite

Good laundry, economical and they leave the clothes very clean, they only need to improve a little in the treatment to the client
