Burbujas

I’ve been here several times over the last six months. Go somewhere else. They’re extremely unorganized and under prepared for the amount of business they receive in La Veleta. A few months ago, they lost all of my t-shirts. 10 pieces. It took 2 weeks to resolve with the main branch on the Av Tulum. I understood things happen and took it as a loss. Due to an unsustainable volume of drop-offs they receive nowadays, they’ve begun outsourcing the work to a small town outside of Tulum without tracking what’s coming and going. Too often I’ll show up and they’re not sure where my stuff is. I’ll have to return the next day while a manager (who is stretched thin between multiple locations) is around so that she can call whoever they outsource to and see if they have it because they’re not sure what got sent out. The people are kind but the system that is in place is a joke for the amount of business they have. You can tell it’s draining on the employees with the amount of turnover they have. Find somewhere else to take your clothes.

We brought one load of laundry. They lost 2 of our shirts and an underwear. When I went back to complain, they laughed at me. Do yourself a favor: Go elsewhere.
