They lost a pillowcase from a new individual set of sheets, as I always go through things, I realized that I needed it and I returned with my ticket along with the set so they could see the fabric and see what could be done. The first thing the manager told me "surely it is folded between the other clothes" which was not helpful because I would not have gone without first being sure or checking very well. I understand that it may be a new establishment but it gave me the impression that the clothes are untidy, a machine with clothes inside without working, several baskets with clothes that cannot be distinguished if they are clean or dirty ... order was definitely lacking. I have learned from now to check right there and in front of them (but in another laundry from now on) what they give me because they do not trust the customer.
