Primero Centro is a really good place in the most "in" area of Torreón. One can eat local products with a great touch from the chef. Order meat, it is highly recommended! The ambience is really cool too; modern with a touch of local. Service is good too. Price is a little high but worth it. Plates are small, consider that.
