Informative museum and very friendly staff. They also have an interesting art gallery featuring local female artists and others from all over Mexico. It's about a one-hour drive from Campeche in a cute village. Would go again :)

A nice place and a good explanation of traditional hat manufacturing and healing garden. Not much to see in the rest of the village Becal.

This is an amazing place that you have to visit. Local and kind people explaining the process of how to create a hat also explaining all the traditions and supporting the community. Thanks! Ask for Alejandro to be your guide

Great project recognizing Mayan culture, knowledge, art and history. Everyone should visit. Alejandro “Alex,” Carla and co are passionate teachers and sharers of their culture. This place is a work in progress and will only improve with time.
