Necua is very near and dear to me as this is where my ancestors lived as well as in San Jose de La Zorra for hundreds of years. I was born and raised in Los Angeles but my soul has connected with Necua and will soon be called my home as well. I have lots of family there and we have visits at least 2 times a month and every time we do go, its a whole new relaxing experience for us as we feel re-energized and connected with nature. This is a special place, a sacred place and for those that have experienced it I am glad you did and were able to take back some of the joy of what this place gives you.

Its sad that most people stop at Dona Lupe and LA CETTO but dont go a little further to see some Califonias native peoples village. I usually stop by to eat and buy some Kumiyay art.

place to get in contact with nature,and learn about the kumiai, they have a small museum,not always open or you have to get someone to open it for you,i recommend taking a nature walk, you can even rent horses(not shure if that is a good idea if you are a begginer) on june they have there yearly celebration with free food and activities,has a resturant ,not always aopen also , and its bit hard to get good quick help there. what i love the most is the singing , and what thea lirycs mean,you can campt there, please do not leave trash there, the kumiai take very seriosly their nature. what ever you do there you will need a guide.. To much to talk about this place but you will need a expert
