Terrible service you have to be pressuring them to get your paperwork out if you don't call them and you're not behind them they don't process anything I have more than a year waiting for a deed and they just give me long because it is in transfer and I mark the cadastre and it wasn't even there paid for the happy transfer I do not recommend it at all besides the staff is rude and inattentive

They do not answer the telephone and the emails either, in these times of pandemic it is not an option to be around to find out the status.
